The driver crossed a broken line in a permitted place. Nevertheless, the police issued a resolution against the driver because, in their opinion, the markings had been applied by unknown persons and there should have been a double solid line instead of the broken one.
The driver’s innocence was proven. The case was closed for lack of an offense.
