Attorney Vitalii Petryk offers a wide range of legal services in the fields of civil, administrative, and criminal law*.

Cost of services:

• Initial consultation (offline/online) – 1500 UAH (follow-up 1000 UAH);
• Review of case materials – 2000 UAH (review at court – 4000 UAH);
• Drafting applications, complaints and motions – from 4000 UAH;
• Drafting statements of claim, responses, appeal and cassation complaints – from 5000 UAH;
• Representation in courts:
  • first instance – 3000 UAH per court session (up to 3 hours**)
  • appeal instance – 3000 UAH per court session (up to 3 hours**)
  • cassation instance – 5000 UAH (up to 3 hours**)

*in case of delays in the court proceedings, each additional hour is charged at 1000 UAH/hour.

• Full case management – by agreement;
• On-site visit (administrative offense) – 3000 UAH (up to 3 hours);
• On-site visit/procedural action in a criminal case – 8000 UAH (up to 3 hours);
• Subscription services for individual entrepreneurs and LLCs – by agreement.
