On “Black Friday” a Mercedes driver, moving along the road near the Ocean Plaza shopping mall, collided with the Principal’s car. The police arrived 5 hours after the incident and, without fully investigating the circumstances, accused the Principal of causing the accident. The police seized the Principal’s driver’s license. During the court proceedings the Principal’s innocence was proven and the Mercedes driver’s fault was established.

The Principal received legal assistance from attorney V. Petryk at the court stage and a decision closing the case was obtained.
