The Principal was driving in the middle lane. Another driver, overtaking in the far left lane, collided with the Principal’s car. The police accused the Principal of causing the accident. In court, with the participation of representative Vitalii Petryk, the Principal’s innocence was proven.

The Principal received legal assistance at the accident scene and defense during the court proceedings. An evidence base on his innocence was collected and explanations were drawn up. A package of documents for obtaining material compensation was prepared. As of October 10, 2021 the insurance payment had not been received due to the insurance company’s bankruptcy.
