The police groundlessly issued an administrative offense resolution against the Driver for allegedly failing to set up a warning triangle. The resolution was cancelled in court because the Respondent failed to prove the Driver’s guilt.
The court proceedings lasted 3 months. The result was achieved with the participation of the Principal and the representative, attorney V. Petryk. The police officer who had groundlessly issued the resolution also participated in the proceedings.
