Attorney Vitalii Petryk helped the plaintiff dissolve the marriage and recover child support from the defendant

The Vasylkiv City District Court of the Kyiv region considered a civil case on the plaintiff’s claim against the defendant for dissolution of marriage and recovery of child support.

The plaintiff asked the court to dissolve the marriage registered on 02.08.2014 and to recover from the defendant child support for their minor son in the amount of 1/3 of his salary.

The defendant did not object to the claims.

Having considered the case, the court dissolved the marriage between the plaintiff and the defendant.

The court also ordered the defendant to pay child support for their minor son in the amount of 1/3 of his salary, but not less than 50% of the subsistence minimum for a child of the corresponding age, monthly, starting from July 5, 2023 until the child reaches adulthood.
