How attorney Vitalii Petryk saved a driver from an unjust fine for drunk driving

Essence of the case:

A driver who did not speak Ukrainian was stopped by patrol police while driving under the influence of alcohol. A protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (driving a vehicle while intoxicated) and a fine was to be imposed.
